  The Retreat

This retreat is for women who are experiencing any stage of menopause. 

The focus is on supporting the body, mind, and spirit to find creative and caring ways to be with this new stage of life. Sharing with other women makes the journey less lonely.

​

 Themes covered will be nutrition, physical changes, health issues, role in life and identity, sexuality and intimacy, societal pressures, creating supportive networks. The weekend will include a 30 minute massage, strengthening exercises for the joints, wholesome food (all dietary needs supported), nonviolent communication (NVC), sharing circles, humour and a whole lot of fun!

The Facilitators

 Irma, Anna and Jocelyn are all in menopause. Between them they have a wealth of facilitation experience which they have combined to create this event.
